Carmen Jasmine um, I'm 16 and have also always wanted kids. It is not unusual for girls to dream of being moms. I plan on graduating highshool, getting a college education, and establishing a reliable financial base before ever actually trying for kids. When a girl says she wants to have kids, it's doesn't mean she is actively trying or actively thinking about trying to have kids. Wow.
Remember, adoption is a thing. There is no need to birth your own child (I mean, if you want whatever). Also, surrogates are a thing. The world is already over populated and the foster system kinda sucks, so those orphans need you!!

I had the exact same thing when pregnant with my second child. I couldn’t walk, sit, stand or anything. I would cry all day every day answering the door or rolling over in bed. What made it worse was I also had a 1 year old at home so I had no choice but to just deal with it. It’s so so so painful!
You were strong before that, and now you are even stronger
It’s the worst
Your pelvic condition is called Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction or SPD. Very common in pregnancy, but incredibly painful. There are times when it can prevent a vaginal delivery if it is too severe. You definitely need to tell your doctor about it for sure.
You can get what is called a Pelvic Support belt to help keep things a little more stable. Be sure to get the kind that has 2 straps. One that goes over top of your belly and one that goes below your belly. They help much more. It needs to be worn down around your hips to sort of corset your pelvis into place.
Don’t be afraid to ask for pain relief. It isn’t something you will need to take everyday, but for those occasions when you are weeping in pain, you need relief. Pain is incredibly stressful on a body.

I had SPD in all of my pregnancies, worst with my youngest when I had to use a wheelchair. She definitely needs to make sure she is taking care of herself and being informed by her doctor.

See a massage therapist! One of my aunts had the same problem and had to use crutches the last few months of both of her pregnancies. Luckily we have a bunch of massage therapists in the family. They tend to do you more good than a chiropractor because the muscles just pull things back out of place if they're not taken care of when the bones are adjusted. If you can, having both massage and chiropractic work is best! Good luck!

Colleen, if you give natural V birth you will want to get as many cold pack pads, its like heaven! You can also make your own 'padsicles', which speed the healing postpartum of the perineum & surrounding areas, by getting pads, spray them damp with witch hazel and aloe vera gel (you can also add lavender, rosemary, & geranium essential oils for added benefits).
Steps:
1. Fill your small spray bottle about halfway up with witch hazel
2. Add 5 to 10 drops of each essential oil
3. Top off with witch hazel
4. Open up feminine pads and spread with a thin layer of aloe with Clean Hands
5. Spray with spray bottle mixture - enough to dampen the pad but not soak it through - you want to preserve some of the absorbency of the pads for postpartum needs
6. Let dry a little bit, then wrap with aluminum foil and sore and freezer. Your padsicles are done! After baby, use three to four pads per day straight from the freezer to soothe and heal!
Bonus: the spray bottle mixture is a perfect perineum healing spray! You can spray your perennial area when you go to the bathroom and you can also spray regular pads before putting them on to get even more healing benefits from the oils and witch hazel.

Dragon Fire yeah its not fun but the end result is worth more than everything. Some women arent able to have medical intervention, unfortunately, for different reasons but I was ready for the meds bc i didnt want to feel the pain as much as possible lol

Abigail Lorati Also I wanted to say congratulations on your pregnancy! You are about to feel love that you never knew was possible. O, and I just heard Colleen talk about pooping during birth and the best thing to do is ask your dr what kind of stool softeners you can use and use them so you are cleaned out before you give birth in case thats a concern of yours. I got lucky in the fact that my water broke early and they kept fluids in me for as long as possible and gave me stool softeners every day so I didnt worry about pooping during birth lol.
