Ok. After a few hours I managed to fix the right side. The white connector is hell too. This is my advice: 1. Before removing connector, spray some wd40 or contact cleaner down the white clip 2. Use fingers or long nose pliers to pull it out 3. For the led board removal, you need small fingers. Feel under the led board until you feel a small knob. Press it in. Then you can slide the board out 4. For reinstalling, thread the white connector through the top holder first. As you slide the new board in, connect it to the board and gently position it through the top holder. Make sure you test the connection first by turning on parking lights before you do this otherwise you will have to take out the connector, reverse it and try to insert it again. Big hassle.
Thank you. These videos people share to make it look so easy to do these things are frustrating because it’s misleading as all get out. He probably sells the cheap replacements online so wanted it to seem simple. It’s not. But for reference, dealers wants $80 to replace original one that doesn’t work anymore. Possibly worth it. But frustrating that a simple repair should be potentially difficult.
I gave this a go this weekend. I was unsuccessful. Those plugs are really hard to unplug, and there's not a lot of room to work with. I stopped trying as it felt like I was about to break something. It ain't easy.
Oh, the one near the windshield wiper fluid is way more difficult to reach so I suggest you try that one first. If you can even get the connector out, don't bother. If you replace the easier one first, you may just give up on the other one and end up with different color parking lights
I tried to take the clip off but it doesn't come off its stuck on the black part. I even tried putting a small screw driver in between the black connector and the white connector to try and pry it off but it didn't work. I've seen some videos where people have broken the black connector part off the circuit board but I don't want to do that just in case I can't get the circuit board out or something else breaks.
For those trying this, it's not as easy as it seems. Have broken the black connector and now can't find the clip that secures the led board. Frustrating. Now my lamp won't work as the black connector is broken
It is impossible to slip yr fingers in as there is a harness around the led board. Even a flat head screwdriver won't work. What a waste of time. Got send it to a professional

Helped a lot man. Thank you. I spent an hour trying to get the board out and had absolutely no clue.
