No plastic backers here!! They were all aluminum. Woodys does not make plastic backers as they could never get them to hold up to their standards. The orange one is one of Their colored aluminum.
no neede to cauterize the holes anymore, back in the day my boss had me drill hole then seal it with old screwdiver heated up or we just heated tool up & pushed thru
