Adoptions From The Heart is excited to announce the expansion of our services with the introduction of adoption-competent therapy, starting with residents in Connecticut. Julia Ruggiero, an international, transracial adoptee, is a certified Adoption-Competent Therapist who is joining our team to offer remote therapeutic services.
