I struggle with tuberose, it tends to go bitter/chalky on me. Every time I think I’ve found a tuberose to love...it does turns weird on my skin and I end up not liking it. This was a fun video regardless. Alla is super cute and energetic...I bet she’s fun to hang out with...plus loves perfume...that’s a great time right there!

For sweet, gourmand lovers of Tuberose, I definitely recommend Velvet Vanilla by Mancera. Tuberose, Vanilla, Pear. A bomb. Definitely smell it in the morning after wearing it out. I love it, but only once in a while.
I couldn't agree with you more, Carnal Flower is not only my favorite tuberose perfume but possibly my most favorite perfume ever and Dominique Ropion is also my favorite perfumer... signature scent even though I don't wear it everyday ❤️

I'm intrigued to try Amorosa. Anything that has that reaction from you, and "you can smell it all day", is my perfume of choice. What an assembly of beauty! There is a Tuberose absolue by a brand called Primavera. In German speaking countries if you are lucky you simply walk into a shop with a good selection of those and buy it. It comes in 5ml and at a dilution of 5%. I can not say how good the quality is as it is the only one I know so far. I would so much like to smell fracas. Nobody sells it where I am. I will have to get a sample somewhere.
Just got a sample of Sabbia Bianca from Profumum Roma...probably more Alla's type than Tom's. It's beautiful after the rather strong opening. My current favorites are Champs Lunaires by Rogue Perfumery and Essence No. 9 Tubereuse by Elie Saab. Quite different but I love them both. Great video!
As a fan of tuberose I feel ashamed as I only smelled 2 out of 10. Amouage and Malle. I like Rouge Malachite for when I feel girly and Marfa for when I feel like a boss. Cool video. Love Alla!

Carnal flower to me is just the green version of the creamy dollop of Love Tuberose. Have either of you tried Byredo Casablanca Lily? It actually is not lily but honey and Indian tuberose with some gardenia. Another twist on our fav.
I love tuberose too! Please try Hauto from the house of Jeroboam if you haven't yet. Its an EXT version, and its a mind blowing beautiful scent. Thanks for sharing your list!
You should check out the new Givenchy L'interdit intense, it's in a black bottle. Apparently the perfumer is Dominique Ropion. I wasn't really into the first one but the intense sounds intriguing.
I can't remember what fragrance it was(likely in the 90's), but I remember smelling a predominantly tuberose scent and thinking "I DON'T LIKE TUBEROSE...AT ALL!"... but with a more mature nose, I glance over my collection and realize that I do in fact like tuberose and always have.
Absolutely loved this video. Have to have to have to try Carnal Flower!! I have long loved Michael and loved your original review on it...bought a new 100ml a few months ago but so unimpressed. Has it completely changed? I used to get so many compliments and it lasted so well. Now it is a duller scent I feel and not nearly as long lasting 😟
I recently ordered a small vintage Balenciaga Michelle... it has a very creamy Jasmine infused lush accord just enough incensey under tow to tone it down and away from a Gourmand or gardenia feel... It's quickly become one of my favorite tuberose.... unfortunately long discontinued

I LOVE tuberose, and sadly find FM's Carnal Flower a big green meh w/ an even sadder performance........How would Diptyque's Do Son not make a tuberose list ???? Soft, creamy, elegant, w/ a sillage reaching the very moon herself.
Carnal Flower doesn't last on you? whoa! Crazy. Do Son didn't make the list because we both have other tuberoses we like more. :) I have owned Do Son though and think it's beautiful!

Maybe Amarige by Givenchy? That is one '90's perfume I remember wearing back then that is heavy with tuberose.
