As far as i'm aware there's only one other disease in the game that lets you have a non-lethal ending.
I prefer the ones where you can go an alternate route.

I really wanna have a scenario where you are completely non-lethal for most of the game, but after a bit you can buy an upgrade called "spontaneous combustion" that turns all infected to dead INSTANTLY and makes infectivity 0, meaning as long as you've infected everyone you win
