Her body language told a story that not many can see, the self protection, the distaste for sexual comments, growing up in the beginning not knowing things about her Father later finding out the shocking truth, he chose girls much younger than himself including her Mother, the constant comparison in looks, begging people to get past the things that made her Father famous, yesterday's news, dirty laundry, her desire to have children being the only child, if the purpose of the interview was HER album then why not ask more questions about that, why keep revisiting the past? It must get so old after awhile and then to open up a question up about a very uncomfortable topic, a man her Mother was dating that had sexual thoughts about her while making sexual comments about her daughter. Fame isn't what people make it out to be, there never seems to be boundaries with those people and the sad part is, the following of the masses that keep it moving in the same direction. No wonder we are seeing things in today's world that we never thought or even imagined would be in our view. The class, of acting appropriately with others went out the window a long, long time ago. And to top it off, now we hear that Priscilla signed a Do Not Resuscitate. If Lisa Marie did not previously have a Do Not Resuscitate on file with her doctor, her Mother made this decision all on her own without Lisa Marie's Consent. That in itself is messed up. It would be one thing if Lisa Marie was in a Coma for months, or a year, but come on, a couple hours.

My comment were, of course, based on observations while watch the interview with Howard Stern some years prior (2005) where Lisa Marie appeared to be protecting herself which makes me wonder what trauma she experienced in her life beyond the passing of her Father. This is obviously good learning for those, like myself, who are not familiar with these circumstances. Death of Loved one beg many open ended question where answers sit pending acceptable responses. Only the right set of answers will satisfy a Mothers mind. So no, I don't understand why there were not more tests performed on Lisa Marie. There are people that stay on life support for a year or more while information is gathered from testing before pulling the plug. It surely was not a matter of money needed for these tests. All matters involving life and death, where blood is involved, should include the mothers input on critical decisions. I personnally don't think I could make a decision like that without probing for more answers. You may want to look up Selena Quintanilla-Pérez because people do kill other people over money and the methods they use vary greatly.
It's funny how, in hindsight, apart from Keough perhaps, Michael was the best man in her life. The saddest thing was that Michael still cared about her years later but she only realised it when it was too late. The world is a cruel place and it is never fair to anyone.

Not quite sure how Howard can look at himself in the mirror, such a disgusting, horrible individual. He may say now that through therapy he's "seen the light" but that doesn't take back all the reprehensible things he's done. Funny how he never got someone on the show who chewed him out - asked him why he's so insecure that he feels the need to demean people and make them uncomfortable. I know he's more tame now, but I hope he tries this nonsense with someone who gives it right back and eviscerates him on air. Not that we'd see the footage because he's probably a coward too.

Stern had no respect for her then, and even now after she died. You should have heard him on his show after she passed. Doing an Elvis impersonation making fun of Lisa. Why? Because Stern never liked Elvis or his music. He even said so after the Golden Globes, he was making fun of Austin Butler, and for Lisa being there and crying when he won. The woman died a few days later. Her poor heart was so broken from her sons suicide, she never recovered. It ate her away and broke her heart, literally 😢

Her body language told a story that not many can see, the self protection, the distaste for sexual comments, growing up in the beginning not knowing things about her Father later finding out the shocking truth, he chose girls much younger than himself including her Mother, the constant comparison in looks, begging people to get past the things that made her Father famous, yesterday's news, dirty laundry, her desire to have children being the only child, if the purpose of the interview was HER album then why not ask more questions about that, why keep revisiting the past? It must get so old after awhile and then to open up a question up about a very uncomfortable topic, a man her Mother was dating that had sexual thoughts about her while making sexual comments about her daughter. Fame isn't what people make it out to be, there never seems to be boundaries with those people and the sad part is, the following of the masses that keep it moving in the same direction. No wonder we are seeing things in today's world that we never thought or even imagined would be in our view. The class, of acting appropriately with others went out the window a long, long time ago. And to top it off, now we hear that Priscilla signed a Do Not Resuscitate. If Lisa Marie did not previously have a Do Not Resuscitate on file with her doctor, her Mother made this decision all on her own without Lisa Marie's Consent. That in itself is messed up. It would be one thing if Lisa Marie was in a Coma for months, or a year, but come on, a couple hours.

@@delladawn1149 IF they accurately determined that Lisa Marie was dead by legally accepted standards, from what I understand, the doctor does not need a signed DNR by a family member. Although we could assume that was done to protect the doctor from any potential lawsuits. IF is a very big question on wide open territory begging a lot of answers for each and every one of us. My comment were, of course, based on observations while watch the interview with Howard Stern some years prior (2005) where Lisa Marie appeared to be protecting herself which makes me wonder what trauma she experienced in her life beyond the passing of her Father. It throttles me that people can not look past the fame or the wealth and simply look at the person and offer help where help is needed. She was obviously not feeling well during the Golden Globe Awards and with all those people standing, there no one cared to notice. Our society really has turned into a shallow place of existence.
Her mother signed a DNR order after being advised that her daughter was brain dead…after signing the DNR, Lisa then had a second cardiac arrest. You now understand why she did it, right? Who the hell would want to resuscitate a brain dead loved one?
@@blueberrycobbler Unfortunately I know little about the process of DNR, but from what I read about it, if all legal testing has been performed, the doctor can make that decision without consent of the family because the patient is considered legally dead. This is obviously good learning for those, like myself, who are not familiar with these circumstances. Death of Loved one beg many open ended question where answers sit pending acceptable responses. Only the right set of answers will satisfy a Mothers mind. So no, I don't understand why there were not more tests performed on Lisa Marie. There are people that stay on life support for a year or more while information is gathered from testing before pulling the plug. It surely was not a matter of money needed for these tests. All matters involving life and death, where blood is involved, should include the mothers input on critical decisions. I personnally don't think I could make a decision like that without probing for more answers. You may want to look up Selena Quintanilla-Pérez because people do kill other people over money and the methods they use vary greatly.
I dont think she was in distaste about the sexual comments. On one of her interviews with Howard Stern, she said she was up for anal sex.
It's funny how, in hindsight, apart from Keough perhaps, Michael was the best man in her life. The saddest thing was that Michael still cared about her years later but she only realised it when it was too late. The world is a cruel place and it is never fair to anyone.

Going on his show, u knew what you were walking into. It wasn’t gonna be PC, but it grabbed a lot of attention. Stern has a massive audience and if u want to reach the album buying audience at that time, his radio show was the place to be.

@@scottroland1272 I listened for 30 years starting back in the 80's. Slowed way down when he went to Sirius but still caught a lot of stuff on You Tube with Artie Lange. The last 5 years, the show has changed too much. Stern got old and started to care what a lot of people thought. He was best when he was spontaneous and didn't care who he might offend. Although at times like I said, it was cringe worthy!
