      Based on the description, it is difficult to solve your problem; we recommend contacting the car service for a full diagnosis and identifying the cause of the problem.

    What will be the torque setting both the top and bottom nut and bolt respectively?

    • @autodocuk
      @autodocuk  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify the tightening torque, this information can be found in the technical documentation for the repair of your car.

    Which way does the top bushing go on? Skinny side up or skinny side down?

    Thanks for this video. If this is DIY auto repair shouldn't you show how to do this at home with a jack. Not everyone has a lifting panel in their garage!

      i mean they're trying to show how to BEST do it, so the lifting panel is the best tool they have, might not mean that you have one at home

      Use a floor jack to get the vehicle raised, and then put it on stands. After that, use your jack to actuate the axle assembly upward like they did with the very tall jack.

    I've been quoted £394 to replace both rear shocks on my Jazz.....any comments on this please, constructive only, not abuse, thanks. The reason is both are 'damp' as they call it, presumably a sign of seal wear?.
