I live in Gyeonggi-do Province, South Korea. As an EPIK teacher this apartment was provided to me rent-free and I only pay utilities (less than R500 rand on utilities a month). Mine is a tiny one because of the location but nevertheless enjoy the video! 🫶🏽🎥

Appartments in Seoul Busan deagu prices is really high. You should go rural areas and newly build city ansan Incheon i guess and go for local real state there is not much information on social media i my self don't know much.
About being foreign buying property is possible as long it's not miletery or heritage are you to be very careful with that you should watch videos on this..

A silly question, so if I don't leave my shoes at the door what will happen? How are they going to know 😭
HAHA the reason why i did it without questioning it was that there is ALOT of spitting on the streets of korea like isikhohlela left right and centre, so how am i going to step on that and then walk inside my likkle apartment with those same shoes. i know people spit even back home but trust me it isnt as bad as this 😭🤮🤧
How does the Korean bathroom work and do you like it? When you shower does it mean the water goes everywhere on the toilet and sink too?
Hi, thank you for watching. Yes that's what it means the water wets the entire floor and there's a drain in there. You just wipe the floor and toilet seat when you are done. 😭😂

Hey there! Thank you for watching! No unfortunately you don't request a furniture so it's either the previous teacher left some things and that's great but sometimes you get an empty apartment with your basics only fridge, microwave, washing machine, aircon. That's in your contract
Hi sis. Can I please ask, when applying for Epik, when I choose jeollanam as my placement preference and I get placed at a rural area, will I still get an allowance for being placed in a rural area?
