You have no first type RR in this build, what significantly reduce your outcoming damage and as result less vampiric and less killspeed. 70% RR is good enough, but with Acid Spray or Elemental Storm it becomes 98% or 102% RR. You should think about that:) If we can improve something - we must to do it.
