Mack LE - Amrep Octagonal ASL Garbage Truck

G.I. Industries of Simi Valley has become perhaps the most famous Waste Management division here on TH-cam over the years, and it's no wonder! With their fleet of meticulously maintained trucks, awesome chassis/body pairings, and of course the unique green and yellow cab stripes, G.I. Industries trucks are always sure to catch an eye! While in California on January, I decided to dedicate an entire day to filming trucks from the G.I. fleet, including these four Mack LE's with Amrep Octagonal Side Loader bodies, seen here handling residential collection in the city of Thousand Oaks! The lightning fast arm cycles along with the precision operation from these skilled drivers made these trucks and absolute joy to watch! I hope you all have fun watching too!

I see you guys also found 101519, I was wondering what was the other Mack you filmed lol Love the chrome bumper on 101519, nice little touch that only a few trucks have out there. 101467 sounds way better than I remember it haha Sucks Gerry wasn't moving as fast on this day, usually he's a monster in that truck. Definitely wanna find the Mack at 7:02 (101487) myself, one of the trucks with a newer paint job it seems. I found out the last truck in the video came from my local yard, so I guess naturally that's another truck I'd like to see since I never once saw it out in my area. Great compilation!
