- oil 2-3 tbs
- ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
- onion chopped 1
- chicken boneless minced 250g
- salt 1 tsp
- red chili flakes 1 tsp
- black peper 1 tsp
- whole spice ppwder 1 tsp
- coriander powder 1 tsp
- capsicum chopped 1
- carrot chopped 1
- green onion chopped 4-5 tbs
- cream 4-5 tbs
🔷️ Ingredients for samosa cover
- all purpose flour 500g / 4 cups
- salt 1 tbs
- cumin 1 tbs
- ghee 5 tbs
- water as required
