🔷️ Ingredients ( patties masala )
- chicken boneless 1kg ( 500g thigh and 500g breast )
- bread slices 6-10
- ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
- green chili paste 2 tbs
- soya sauce 4-5 tbs
- salt 1 tbs
- black peper 1 tbs
- chicken powder 2 tbs
- chines salt 1 tbs
- white peper 1/2 tbs
- peprika powder 1/2 tbs
- mayonnaise 5-6 tbs
- milk 1/3 cup
🔷️ Ingredients for coating
- all purpose flour 1 cup
- corn flour 1/2 cup
- egg 1
- salt 1/2 tsp
- black peper 1/2 tsp
- water 1/2 cup or as required
- bread crumbs 200-250g
