Here is an interesting tidbit... if the playground sand (or whatever) is completely dry, you can easily run it through a spreader (mine is an Earthway) set wide open. I just did this with 8 bags on 2K square feet. It only took about 10 minutes to spread.

I have bought many products through you the last couple of years trying to establish tall turf fescue in Oklahoma with some but not much success. I'm switching to a Yukon Bermuda here this next week we're still following your guidelines and Jesus filled expertise. Maybe I'll even the try for a golf green someday. My daughter has a college scholarship for golf at Southern Nazarene University. If I build it, she will come! Rest in peace Ray Liotta🥰

You can use any sand you want, only thing is you'll have to sharpen a little more using mason sand but it'll still work.

That is super low for Tiff Tuff. I had 419 down to .200 and it was not happy. Get your Primo down ASAP if you haven't already. Easy on the Nitrogen. Give it plenty of Iron and Potassium.

I will tell you, I have had my Hudson for almost five years, and best cut for my small (1000 sq ft) PennA-4 bent grass and I have it running smooth and tight. Love your content Pete!!!

It was called the links back then. The flag had a chain attached to it and once you were done with that hole you used the flag chain to level out the sand

your luck is just like mine....LOL> I tried to liquid fert my yard on Friday evening. Got halfway thru and the pump on the skid sprayer blew a gasket and sheared two of the bolts on the top cover of my Hypro....UGGG. Now I have to try and use an extractor to get those two broken bolts out of the housing and THAT aint gonna be easy. Its always something isnt it?
