I was just geeking out on fire stations and looking at fire stations around the world on google maps and street view - including Japan. Then I wondered if JapanChannel had any videos on fire stations and fire trucks in Japan and sure enough here we are. So far everything is kind of as expected in most parts of the world except Buenos Aires, Argentina which seems to have mostly volunteer fire stations even in a big city like Buenos Aires. I guess you do what you have to do even when your municipality has no money.
