As a freelance photographer tonight was my first rodeo working for Saudi media covering these boxing events. Being a boxing fan it was wild to be among a media who I always follow and I have to pay huge respect to Gareth A Davis. He probably noticed I was new and took the time to welcome me to the media community and took time out for a little chat and kind welcome. Thank you Gareth, the kindness meant a lot and hugely appreciated! 🙏

I don't know if this is for boxing fans, pretty sure everyone wanted to see AJ VS Wilder. Saying it lots of times doesn't make it true. this whole card could have been the same loads of heavyweights a real spectacle for the fans if the two main events switch to the combination people wanted and have been asking for since.……. Nah i doubt it because AJ wants to beat Wallin so he gets to fight Hrgovic for the vacant title when they strip fury/Usyk for their rematch. This is the reason he's not fighting Wilder now as well. He's taking two easier fights to become a 3 time world heavyweight champion. He will not fight Wilder until he's fought Wallin + Hrgovic first. By the time these two gets into the ring together (if they ever do) both will be well passed it. the fight should have happened years ago....@@thesorrow88

The turn around was so quick because the fight that was supposed to open up the Riyadh season, the so called key to opening up the kingdom was actually damaging to the sport of boxing, so Turkey alel sheik had to move quickly to restore some respectability back to the sport.

The quick turn around was damage control coz fury left them looking stupid getting slapped about by someone who’s never been in a boxing match before and lost (even tho they game fury the nod) but only because he was meant to fight usyk on the 23rd but coz he got a bruise he pulled out so they needed to restore credibility so they pulled this out the bag & overpaid everyone and I no they overpaid everyone coz a friend of mine is there (not fighting) but is there & knows other fighters who’s also said what there getting paid & it’s more than they would get anywhere else

It's a stacked card but there's a lot of mismatches within it. It's a card with about 4 fights which could headline a decent stadium alone but all 4 of those fights look like poor headline fights.
