The best tomato sauce for pasta!!

My mom shared this recipe with me a year ago, and this has become such a staple in our house!! It is the perfect easy & full of flavour recipe for a delicious tomato meat sauce, and NEVER disappoints. Using and simmering strained tomatoes to make pasta sauce has been a total game-changer. I love to add basil and a parmesan rind to the sauce, but didn't have any on hand. If you try this recipe let me know what you think in the comments!!
