    Wait is this a patch? Cuz in the bootleg original Haggar was spelled incorrectly and was smaller than Guy

    Nobody apretiate how smooth this is... hell the framerate is even better than the original SNES game

      Capcom were poor at programming at the SNES anyways. Give me 60fps with no slowdown on the NES over 30fps with slowdown on the SNES any day.

    When I create a server it says: "time out during master server is normal?

      That doesn't sound normal, but that didn't happen when I tried creating a server just now. If you try it again and still get that error, I can't help too much with that, since I don't normally create a server when I play games online.

      The game was already pushing the NES to its absolute limits. Big sprites, tight AI (for the most part), 60 fps with no slowdown, etc. The big sprites is what's gonna cause the flicker because it's too much for the NES to display at once (The NES can only handle 64 8x8 sprites, or 8x16 if set to that mode.)

      ​@@solarflare9078But in such games, it's not the global sprite limit that hits hard, it's the horizontal sprite limit, aka the sprite limit per scanline (8 8x8 tiles). With big characters taking at least 2 horizontal tiles while just standing, that naturally pushes you toward a 4-character limit on screen.

      There are a lot of different emulators you could use for this, like Nestopia or FCEUX. I can't give you a download for this, but I don't think it's too hard to find if you google it.

      Sorry, but I don't know much about emulators on PSP. I used the emulator Mednafen, which I think was ported to PSP, but I don't know how well it works.
