How can you estimate heterosis
Two parent with 5 and 4 kg yield per plant are crossed to get F1 with 5.5kg /leaf per plant.The genotype yield is 4.25kg per plant.Calculate heterosis over mid parent ,better parent and commercial parent???

Sir I have small doubt regarding Better parent in calculating heterobelitiosis my doubt is that in SOME PROBLEMS WE WILL TAKE BETTER PARENT AS LOWER VALUE IF WE COMPARE WITH OTHER PARENT GIVEN VALUE IN SOME QUESTIONS sir can you explain it please 🙂
