A MASSIVE tip that cannot go unmentioned:
Regardless of which skills you build, if you keep distractions in your life, you will never actualize your potential.
Distractions hold 98% of people back in life:
• Micro distractions = Phone notifications
• Macro distractions = Your video game addiction
• Global distractions = The degree you're pursuing that you have 0 passion for.
Recognize distractions at all levels, then eradicate them. I'm not sure who need to hear this, but me from 4-5 years ago did and some I'm really just saying this for that guy. Good luck brothers!
I suffer from all these distractions. I'm making money online that's enough for me to survive but not enough for future. I'm trying to figure out the route I should take in life. Freelance or corporate life. It makes me nervous and I end up playing video games to get rid of some nervousness.

You need to recognize that you will not rise to the level of your goals, but fall to the level of your systems.
Find a way to put in time to expanding what you're doing online such that it can give you more output. This comes from finding which 20% of your crops are bringing you 80% of your fruit.
Identify these things then build systems around keeping those crops pushing bigger and bigger. I know you can do this brother.

As a former IT and IS major, working in IT, being a senior IT….. being in sales has been the most profitable and flexible by far. I went from making a $50k salary to making $50k in a quarter. Great video

Sales and Marketing is the art of understanding your offering and confidently and competently educating potential customers on how it benefits them to engage. I believe that the stigma behind sales comes from the “crooked salesman” trope. The salesperson or team’s job is to use every tool available to them (design, information, soft skills, etc.) to encourage interest through a better understanding of the product that is presented in an attractive manner! In a face to face aspect (be it in-person, or digital), it comes down to having a grip on the product or service (enough that no question is too hard to answer) and presenting it with a passion that is truly genuine and engaging… but not too over-the-top and cheesy. It’s not that fine of a line to walk, but it garners results and truly is a skill that should be built to bring awareness to the offerings that the rest of the company or the individual has worked hard to produce. I love that you included this skill in your video.

I love the fact Sales and Marketing is being covered as a high income skill. It hurts me to see the world underestimating these 2 cohorts especially since they both play an important role in our everyday lives.

@@TheASSSASIN honestly speaking I learned them through my Bachelors' degree. Marketing itself is the easiest business course out there but you can't really learn sales so it's highly reliant on personal experience.
My best advice here for sales is to practice your way of speech. This sounds corny but trust me it helps, read loads of related self-enrichment books and try incorporating it when you recommend stuff to your friends and eventually it'll come off naturally.
One of the key things that stood out to me most is SPIN questions. Have a read through on what that is and I'm sure you'll get the gist.

I always see vids of millionaires saying if they had to start from 0 they would go to sales.
Extremely valuable Oliur! You need a good product (offer building), you need people to see it as valuable (sales), you need to make people aware of it (marketing), and you need to create valuable content (writing + speaking & design + video editing on TH-cam). If you can do one of these things, you'll be able to make a living online. If you can do all of this, you'll win big.
I've learned webdesign, SEO and Google Ads. Making 5k a month for my self. Life's good.

Accounting graduate here, but didn't get the chance to use my college degree. After graduation 2015 , I started in technical writing, customer service. During the pandemic I shifted to social media marketing and yeah, best decision ever. 😊

@fadzillahzailani4802 the time I was still working as customer service(office job) I spent my free time learning social media mrktg/digital mrktg on Udemy. After that, I did a few side hustles (social media mgr gigs) until pandemic i quit my office job and I switched to become freelance SMM

Currently in accounting. Have met a number of people who said I articulate myself well enough that I should be in Marketing. But I lack face to face confidence. But if this is how we are going, I got to try something. I need more income if I want to move out the parents house.

+1 on video editing. LOTS of "video editors" out there but I've found it challenging to find editors that could truly help elevate my channel vs the swarm of people who've learned the absolute basics of editing but don't actually create solid videos.
This is all the motivation I needed to continue doing what I do! Currently, I'm a website developer and I've done a few courses on UI/UI design that I'm eager to apply to my projects. For the longest while I've been interested in starting video editing but there's still so much more I need to do and learn before jumping on that. Where I'm from, Ad revenue isn't something we can take advantage of, so I can't make my own content but there's still so much I can do. Thank you for this detailed video!
Can you please share why you can't make use of Adrevenue? I don't have any idea about it actually and this peeked my curiousity
@@MonkMode-pp3gl TH-cam, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc revenue payouts are not offered in my country. I can probably only get paid through sponsorships, but you only get sponsorships when your account has reached a specific number of Subscribers and Views per video. If you live in one of the countries they do support, then you can take advantage of the Ad Revenues.
@@MonkMode-pp3gl Ad Revenue is basically what TH-cam pays you for your videos. For each Ad viewed on your content, you'll be paid. I think you can get paid from just views as well. So if you're in one of those lucky countries, then you can go ahead and start your channel.

It's really unfortunate when people fall for the whole stigma behind marketing and sales. In my opinion, that happens when you focus on too much on the Point of Purchase which is all about the money. In reality, the Point of Purchase is usually just one of the end goals and majority of the marketing process is really about bridging a product/service to people who value them. Without marketing, the value of a product/service is truly lost. So yeah, marketing is pretty valuable.

Great content! When Oliur said "High income skills allow you to have control over your own schedule and work from the comfort of your own room." Imagine earning more while being with your family, I think that is the life we all wanted. For me I always choose a job that fits my son's schedule, I'd rather experience moments that just hearing about them and watching them grow is a goal for me!

Let me tell you guys a secret. Currently, Search Engines are better than AIs by far.
I have gotten absolutely great and pinpoint results using them. But I have a history with JavaScript.
My search technique imitates a JS code sort of and the SE understands it better than natural language. Still working on it though, but I may write a cheat sheet on SEs someday.
@gotohtrade Lol, the cheat document isn't out yet. Hopefully, I will be freer in my job to run the full research on the possibilities and document it. Hopefully 😊. Just remind me later.
Let me give you one cheat here though. When running comparison searches, use this format:
Apples || Oranges; which is better?
Investing in websites || investing in houses; which is more lucrative?
That is,
Comparison A || Comparison B; Query?
There are more ways to structure a search which is a bit complex but I am researching and can't put here yet. But the simplest is the one I put above.

What type of websites should you make to make money?
Im learning web design now and i would like to see it translate into money even if only a little. So far I've become pretty good with html and css but i know a little of the others like JavaScript, python, php, and mysql
I combine AI (stable diffusion) and Photoshop skill into one services for my customer and it bring alot opportunity and new jobs, of cause money income is much better, so highly recommends designer learn more about AI to use into ur design.

Like the other comment said, choose one and focus on that. Each of them takes a long time to learn and it will take 3x as long if you do them all at once. Get good at one then if it’s beneficial then learn another one. Always Focus on one thing at once or you’ll struggle to improve at all of them. Good luck bro👍🏼
