from my experience: connect everything but dont install the slave cylinder yet. top up the reservoir pump it a couple of time then keep pushing and pulling the slave cylinder rod and you'll see the fluid jumping out of the reservoir and that's it you're done, it's like reverse bleeding. if needed ask somebody to hold the clutch in while you do that to get it started. However, the most important part of this conversion you missed out! did it make a difference? did it become significantly softer? i did it on a motorcycle that already had a not so hard clutch and I couldn't feel any difference so I thought maybe it's worth it only when dealing with bigger harder clutches so let me know please
Unfortunately the quality of the kit was not good, owner used it for a short while but already had fluid leaking issues, so reverted back to the original cable version..
@@thesighbored it leaked on me and then I noticed the slave cylinder shaft was adjustable and the big nut needs to be tightened after adjusting the shaft length. Although I hadn’t messed with the shaft length but didn’t tighten that nut against the cylinder body and I did just that and no more leaks. Problem is that they don’t give any instructions and not much is on TH-cam
The owner bought the part himself and installed at the Blueprintgarage workshop, you can Google for shop info and their social media. Not recommended as the owner had issues and switch back to the standard cable clutch system.
I cannot comment on that imitation product. I think brakes are really important part of your motorcycle, if your brakes fail when you are going fast, nothing else but luck and divine intervention can save you.. Better to get original or another cheaper brand if too expensive for Brembo, as long as it's original and trusted brand.
I bought the same clutch/brake lever kit, but problem is it does not include neither brake nor clutch switch. How did you bypass these original switches then?
Hello, unfortunately I don't have the technical specs for it, but as long as the diameter size is enough to provide the pressure to move the rod to engage/disengage the clutch it should be fine.. The rod was sent to a machinist / specialist to re-thread after cutting the length. Thanks for viewing!
motor z800 , tp pakai brembo cap ayam .. clutch slave pun pakai cap ayam.. please stop this stupid modification!!! motor laju brader , anything boleh trjadi kt brg2 copy ni bro. beli lah yg original xkisah la rcb ke nissin ke brembo ke, clutch slave tu pakai brand cnc racing / magura / or maybe rcb 17mm one .. jauh lebih berkualiti. clone masterpump take forever for bleeding . pakai yg ori. skejap je settle.. kalau xnak susah2 , pakai accosato or twm mechanical clutch .. satu jari je tekan clutch . xyah pakai hydraulic hydraulic clutch mmg lembut , tp kalau pakai brg cap ayam , rip clutch plate . bila panas dia start stuck / susah masuk N , susah masuk gear . bro please stop promoting cap ayam brand la..

Where to buy and where is the shop in usj1

hi bro, how much the length need to be cut ? do we need to do new thread at the rod? thanks
The length that was cut was about 2cm if not mistaken, and yes you will need to make new thread after you cut.
can you give purchase link for this accesories..?
Sorry I don't have the link, but i think in the comments someone may have posted it..
There air still in system, it should bleed with lower end pumping letting the fluid overflow . No wonder u need six infinity years
He had to bleed both ends still took a long time..
Ahahhaha. Cool video brro..hahahaha.. 3 end game laaterr shud be included in dis video as well..ahahah
Not enough time for the End Game.. Hahaha..
Brembo copy master pump ok ka? Is it reliable?

@thesighbored ya agree, if kapcai I'll still feel confident, but with big bike it's quite risky
heyy bruhh, just bought mine z800. could you pass me the link to buy the hydraulic system? Thanks Sigh!!
Unfortunately I don't have the link, the owner bought it from a seller directly not via online.
@@thesighbored 😭 thanks for replying!!!
I wouldn't recommend doing it, the owner switched back to the standard one not long after the mod.
@@thesighbored 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ why? I just installed the healtech quickshifter and fell in love hahaa. Cheers brudahh🔥
The hydraulic clutch system didn't feel that good for him I think.. Cool QS enjoy it
Hi bro, could you please send me a link for the hydraulic master clutch lever and supplies?
The owner bought it from a local seller, unfortunately there is no online store or links to provide..
Lazada Thailand "Adelin clutch pump"
It sent from Shenzhen.
I bought the same clutch/brake lever kit, but problem is it does not include neither brake nor clutch switch. How did you bypass these original switches then?
Let me check with the mechanic on that.. Usually they will reuse from the original..
Boleh pakai dekat kapcai tak ? Kalau boleh dekat mana boleh dapat hydraulic tu?
Awe Adnan rasanya macam besar sgt klw kat kapcai. tp klw ysuku atau lc, ade je org buat. so far lom penah jumpa 2 stroke yg modi guna hydraulic

Hi, few questions.
1. Does the diameter of the master cylinder matters?
And
2. How did you rethread the rod?
Thanks and kudos for the awesome video!

@@thesighbored i see. Ok, thanks mate. And keep up the good work!
Careful because if the system leaks, it will be hard to fix at the side of the road.
Yup, one of the drawbacks.
After how many days it leaked
No, it didn't.
Hello!
Is it more smoother than the original cable?
It's a bit softer feel when pulling the clutch, since it's hydraulic..
@@thesighbored Thx bro
Sensor switch x pasang x per ker?
Sensor switch apa?
@@thesighbored pressure switch
Pressure sensor? Untuk clutch? Rasanya tak ada..
Five power ranger later 🤣😂👋🏻 Google job love the video 👏🏻👏🏻🤍
Thanks for viewing 😂 😂
What is Cable size?
What cable? The hydraulic cables are the same size with the brake lines.
Hahaha, aiya don't racun me, how much the cost is?
The kit is roughly MYR 630.
@@thesighbored please give me link to order in Malaysia 🙏🙏
This is not my bike, I believe the info is in the video description or one of the comments..
Kedai mana ni bos?
Blueprintgarage @ USJ 1 boleh cari di Facebook untuk alamat atau contact..
Just PNP je kan hydraulic clutch ni
Suppose to be PNP but ended up have to customise a bit, cutting the rod length and re-thread.
TheSighBored ooo okey thank you
hahahaah Six infinty war later..😄😄😄
Cable tu panjang dia berapa cm
Masa pasang tak ukur, jadi tak tau berapa panjang tapi lebih kurang sama panjang dengan cable original.
