it looks like no campers in United Kingdom have air-conditioned
You can fit it to some, but it's not really required with the British climate.
+Practical Caravan so it doesn't get above 75 80 degree
+Brett Duffy can you ship these to the states and they look like they are more tow Friendly than the box trailers that we are used to

You can get them with the dometic AC, although some say not required in the uk, You'd be surprised how hot we can get in the summer, plus if you want to take it overseas.

The Knaus Black Edition has a much nicer interior. Expect to pay over £20K for it

True the colours in the Knaus are dull but I prefer it over the Swift Basecamp 4 I was considering. The Knaus has a fixed bed and a separate dining area which I like.
