If we continue the snowy pattern here in Cali, the fruit and nut farms are going to have increased fungal and bacterial diseases. Prices will NOT fall much at all, especially with the labor shortage and the consequences of the Trump "wall" policies.
What is it with this generations absolutely APPALLING communication skills! It's like listening to a stuttering CD player. Too fast, too verbose, stuttering and staggered. It's literally painful, you might as well be speaking in a foreign language. The body language is diabolical. I blame the universities and parents.
I highly recommend you carefully watch this video back to yourself Tian. Your communication skills are terrible. 1: Mind the body language. Your head and arms NEVER stop moving! Calm down. 2: Stop mumbling, especially at the end of sentences. Speak clearly, every word, and include pauses. 3: Slow your speech down. Remember the pauses. Give your audience a chance to digest. 4: Stop staggering and stuttering. Focus and structure your sentences as you speak. If you're really struggling, you might need to seek some coaching on this. Seriously, it's that bad.
Very harsh criticism from someone who probably speaks only one language. I would draw your attention to the fact that this is not a native speaker of English (and that he may be self-conscious about his accent). Besides, there is also a lot of nuance to be inferred from his facial expressions and mannerisms which come from his original culture. You just have to know how to read them.
