  • I asked my friend what was the hardest thing to accept and I was surprised by what she had to say. I asked many personal questions and I got to know what she is was struggling with. We had a great conversation and I was inspired by how strong she is. It really showed me that no matter how close we are to someone we may never know what they're really going through.
In this series (Behind My Mask) I plan to get to know deeply one person every week for one year. I want to know their story and what has made them and really understand what they are going through or have been through.
We are all going through or have been through something. I want to make this platform a safe space to talk and find support and get advice without the fear of judgement.
Sometimes all we need is someone to simply listen.

    Thank you for watching!

I send my gratitude to Stephanie for not only trusting me with her personal story and what she's going through but also for her courage, strength and truth.

This was so refreshingly raw. She's beautiful, I send her love, serenity and healing 💕. If she comes across this comment, know that you're not alone and you're amazing for being so honest x

Thank you for your kind words. I'm glad you felt how raw and vulnerable she was. It wasn't easy for but she is so brave.

That was a heartbreaking speech and at the same time so comforting as I have been feeling quite the same nowadays. I would love to give her a hug and say, "you are not alone, my dear!". Keep fighting!!!

This is very VERY powerful, prior to this world/global pandemic, people were living and experiencing mental health problems, issues and exuding tangible solutions to it before it became a world focus. Now all of a sudden, it’s a ‘buzzword’ that people/companies are (in my humble opinion..) trying to capitalise on the energy/focus it brings to their brands/markets. Stephanie is true leader, in her own right, in this entity, more power to her. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Thank for watching the video and she is definitely courageous. I totally agree, before the worlds situation a lot people were suffering with mental health. That's why I wanted to creating a platform highlighting what people are going through so others suffering in silence will know that they are not alone.

I’m here from TikTok... looking forward to more. Brilliant concept. I relate to her story so much too, she’s so brave for telling it. You can see the pain in her eyes, so sad
