I’ve had to go no contact with my mother as she’s a trigger for me (abuse when I was growing up) and now that I’m “allowed” to see my father, he’s 82 and old school Sicilian - he doesn’t really get it because back when he was young he was so poor, had no shoes and had to walk barefoot 🦶 in the snow ⛄️. I’ve written to you before and can 100% verify that seasonal anxiety is triggered by the heat for me, I LOVE THE COLD 🥶 weather- but live in Australia ☹️.
