@@donsengine3158 Thanks Don , I enjoyed the video. Never ran into that before so not sure I would have figured that fix out but sure glad you showed me. Dale in Canada 🇨🇦
@@dalemcinnes1834 Hey Dale, Yes, its hard to see once the stud is in place, but at the end of the video you can see the shiny behind the flange. The drilled holes were so close that I didn't dare try to use an offset stud without filling the adjacent hole. Would have liked to get a whole put together to show it set up, but wen your on the clock you gotta make time. Don
Another great repair, Don! I'm always intrigued by what you come up with to fix these oddball issues
Thanks Paul... Seems like I always get saddled with "other peoples children" if ya know what I mean. 👍 Don

@@donsengine3158 Forgot to ask you if you did anything with that aluminum plug to hold it in place?

Great repair while having the skills and a lathe.
I was forced to weld 2 studs side by side ending with the correct offset.
Thanks, Hey, you gotta do what's needed in the moment. Or, Theres more than one way to skin a cat! Don
