Just found your new (to me:) channel. Really like your snippet roll tutorial, I am overrun by scraps and just need to use them up and I have found that I overthink this sort of thing. I am considering just putting everything in a bag and grabbing them out without looking first. Then I won't be trying to make choices, which will trip me up for sure. This is great, thank you.

I’ve discovered Anne Brooke and her inspirational snippet roll (Sewing 4 the Soul) which is wonderful for keeping small pieces of treasured fabrics and embellishing it heavily with stitch. I love your ideas here to make them ready for using in other projects. Full of joyful ideas, I must make now - thank you for showing your process - greatly appeals and inspires me to get out my machine again. ❤️

Hello Jessica, I have those daisy trim too, also recently got more, but that are multi colored flowers, instead of just yellow and white. I hope you and your family are doing well. Take care and God bless you and yours.

Thank You for this Video!! I've been wondering how you make a Snippet Roll & what do you do w/ it when you're done. So TY for Showing & Answering my questions I've had for a while now. LOL
Take Care Jessica & Cool Family .. hugz, Jill 🤗🙂 TFS!!
P.S. My younger daughter works @ Children's Hospital & their in need of Medical Masks w/ a Pocket for their Filters. So she got me the Pattern of the type of Mask they need & went & bought me the Fabric n stuff. Because I'm disabled & a High Risk for this Virus, so my daughters Don't want me leaving my apt. So they do my grocery shopping n stuff for me. Anyhow, I'm busy making Medical Masks right. I find it very therapeutic for me during this stressful period of time. Plus it's very rewarding. 🙂

I enjoy your videos, I usually skip by the ones with channel names like this but its great because you identify as a cool mom :). I have to say...3 months later...that I really get sad when people mention the Covid lockdown. I know you want to connect with your people and its on all our minds. But you know what? These videos have a long life. Some people I'm watching their videos from 10 years ago - and the political issues of the moment are so distracting. I'm just putting that out there, because I just realized that EVERYONE talks about this on their videos and one after the other you just want to learn a technique. I was thinking if it were me...I dunno, I might put a script over the video to say "hey, isn't the lockdown horrible". But not dwell. I don't know what the solution is but I really think if you thought about someone watching your video in 10 years...you know, after the apocalypse...and hearing all this "they were upset they had to stay home? what about us that had our homes burned up by rioters?". OK you get my point. Have a great day

It's a long strip of fabric with little pieces or snippets of fabric, laces and ribbons...they are fun to make👍☺️
