Ilocos Norte is a province in Northern Philippines on the tip of the largest island Luzon. Nature has showered the area with beautiful coastline and colorful landscapes. Add to those the churches and buildings with architectural marvel of colonial times. The video covers four towns: 1. Pagudpud a place on northern most tip of Luzon island with beautiful white sand beaches, blue lagoon and windmill farms. 2. Laoag: the capital of Ilocos Norte where famous Saint Williams Cathedral and Sinking Bell Tower reside 3. St. Augustine Church, Paoay Church, is one of the the oldest churches in the Philippines. Built of coral blocks and stucco-plastered bricks, the architecture is a unique combination of Gothic, Baroque and Oriental. 4. Batac: the home town of former President Marcos. Church and Marcos Museum and home.
