- Three amazing colors in a dirty cup, straight poured on a huge 24 x 36 inch cradled wood board! DecoArt 24K Gold and Copper play beautifully off Golden's Van Dyke Brown creating a Galaxy swirling thru the sky..
This is my first TH-cam video! I'm so excited to share my process and painting with you guys, I hope you enjoy!

Yep! It's like rain on a tent canvas or umbrella - it relaxes me so much I sometimes use it on a white noise app/playlist to help me sleep

I love the use of brown for the background, it is more interesting than black or white. I think it maybe that I want some chocolate too!! Can’t wait to see more of your work.
Thank you so much Anna! I saw Rinske Douna use Van Dyke Brown in her Dutch pours and was intrigued by the depth it created.. the Golden's VanDyke Brown is amazing! I love that it is very highly pigmented so you can control how dark or light you want it.. it dries so beautifully too.. wonderful stuff! (I may be overthinking this lol but I've really fallen in love with color since I started painting.. that brown is special!)
I live in Kent uk and couldn’t find golden ... until yesterday when I went into my local art shop and behold! They had a complete wall of golden paints. I even exclaimed “oh my God, golden” . They were very happy as they had just got it in and no one had even given them a second look. I will be back in there tomorrow to get the van dyke!! Yay!!
Get the Payne's Grey too.. that's my absolute favorite!! If you are used to very thin paint get the Fluid Acrylics, but if not maybe look for the Full Bodied paints, its easier to thin the paint out than it is to thicken it. You're going to have so much fun!! Other amazing Golden's colors I would hoard are the Burnt Orange, and the Iridescent Copper, and of course their Gold. The High Flow Acrylics are super amazing, the Gold and Deep Violet permanent are amazing 💜 Heather Mader Art has a video just out that uses the Goldens paint, its fantastic!
