Vry effective vdo lecture bt as a professional in my opinion corporate planning can b approached with the principal factor that is considered as a target of the organization.There r three generally accepted approaches to corporate planning like satisfying,optimising nd Adaptivizing.Determinants of corporate planning r Organizational size, Diversification, business complications, management attitude, planning skills, ownership, market conditions, demand, time lag.Also environmental Analysis can not be ignored other wise it becomes difficult for the the enterprise to survive nd grow in corporate governancein brief.useful nd inspiring lecture.Thanx.

Thus, it became necessary for corporates to create sustainable environment and work in fields necessary for social development like education, health, rural etc. Today businesses has to be socially ethical to create a goodwill in society and avoid legal actions.
