Solo Queue Ranked Difficult? Apex Legends Season 20 - DAY 2 (Educational Gameplay Commentary)

- Apex Legends new ranked split for Season 20 is here and this is day 2. Our current goal is to get back into Platinum and beyond.
The final goal would be to be well into Diamond II and perhaps masters, but this split for ranked is shorter. This stream we will see solo queue for ranked and how you get better at Apex Legends through a positive vibe and calm stream answering questions.

So glad the changes were made, I was always a player focusing on KP and good rotations and committing everything to the end game (where it all matters). Finally hit pred this season. Yes the entry cost is high but it’s literally tailored towards players who have good mechanical skills AND game sense. This season is the best season in terms of placement. If you think entry is too high for gold or plat or whatever, just keep your mindset focused on reflecting on how you could’ve done better game after game and you’ll climb. Be IGL and lead the team or commit as a team player and commit to listening to one player who seems most comfortable being IGL
Quick question guys, i'm playing on an HP LV2011 20" monitor but i miss/feel like i can't see people a lot of the times when i play do you recommend i should get another monitor since this one is litteraly 10 years old and if so which size or specs or model ect... Thanks for those who take time to read/answer.
I don’t game on a monitor but I do game on a large tv. I’m in between two homes for my house and work house, I noticed my three year old Amazon smart tv from home is much worse than the newer Roku. If that isn’t a big enough jump, I couldn’t imagine a 10 year old monitor. I would definitely recommend upgrading if you feel like you could afford it.
You’re def due for an upgrade… with that said I feel like Apex can just be visually hard - especially if your eyes arent accustomed to it. Theres so much going on and you def aren’t alone feeling like you do and my monitor isn’t 10 years old!
Oh yea you’re missing out on frames bro you are at a crazy disadvantage IF you’re on pc. I’ll recommend some things if you let me know you’re platform pc or console? One thing I will say for sure youre competition is doing at least 120fps even console and let me tell you it’s night and day in frames and pc vs console.
I think if you gave Wattson a speed boost for fences, she'd be way too hard to catch when chasing.
Hey daz can you teach me how too get that steady 299fps please mines always up and down, I’d really appreciate it, maybe is my specs but I should be able to I have a 4090 and i912900k.

What’s bs is the mindset of our comp player base (not you) but what I mean is plat is the 3rd highest rank it should be hard for some reason only in apex is it your masters or you suck they just need to commit to the change and make the mindset shift of the player base to realize plat and diamond are decent ranks
@boopylongbottoms8303 it's my goal to get good enough for Plat. People don't realize Apex preds are some of the best fps players out there. Not everyone is gonna be that good amd that's okay!!!
Solo queuing on ranked rn is trash, more so than usual. Been hard stuck plat 4 for 4 days
Push and kill / third party everyone in plat. Be the hunter not the hunted. Diamond you Can play more calm if you are not a pro player
