Changes to upgrades since the launch of this video:
-Ash now has a 15S Greedy snare timer instead of 24S.
A few typos:
-Crypto had a typo where his ultimate cooldown reduction is 30S, not 5S.
-Fresh Start on Gibby should Read revive allies with 50HP
-2 of Conduits upgrades need to be switched, (Respawns own patch notes were wrong) 10% ult radius is a level 2 upgrade, +10m tactical is level 3

I think horizons purple shield perks are fine but it’s the blue shield ones that i don’t like. they are very out of place
As someone who plays a lot of Bangalore, At first I was always picking the health Regen but after a while I'm like wait a minute this is insanely situation and honestly pretty bad for a level 3 upgrade. Id suggest going the auto ping upgrade.

I prefer smoke when ill go shotgun with digis and just use the smoke to my adv whilst healing
Ping only over here. The health thing is very situational and has a solid cool down. The passive is helpful for the team the entire time.
I was thinking using it will help use a syringe like medkit in fight or instead of battery use shield cell and get back in fight faster
As a Lifeline main with over then 10K doc revives I choose every time the 20% reduction revive, 1 sec faster (maybe more) can be a game changer, that rare time I picked up the 10 seconds reduction for drone healing was when I was solo or randoms left the game
Apex definitely is a game where every second matters
Yeah the tactical is either up when you need it or 20 seconds too late. The 10 second reduction sounds nice but it's not the massive increase in uptime Tim seems to think it is since you use it once a minute, maybe. The second off though is crazy in a fight. It's the difference between a shield swap, getting cover or doing 100 damage with an r99 before immediately getting knocked again. It sounds less impressive but it's way more useful in a fight

As a semi-rampart main, I find it funny that we picked exact opposite upgrades in that because I mostly run lmgs I need more ammo and typically in the time between fights she already fully charges her ult regardless of the 30s less cool down. Then while I thought the fast reload would be good, the times that you can actually use it are near none as either you literally have to move as soon as you crack someone to follow up for a knock or you're simply so far away from someone that it doesn't even matter if you reload faster or not. That combined with the fact that I've died because shiela didn't spin up fast enough was more than enough for me to do the other one

The spin up reduction makes shiela actually usable for something other than holding an angle and I wish it was basekit. The faster reloads just doesn't come in as handy in practise as it sounds on paper. You can really feel the difference with the spin, even if it seems less impressive, but you find yourself putting yourself in really bad situations to try and make the amped cover reload any valuable.
And yeah you always have shiela when you need it, reducing the cooldown is completely worthless. At least the amo upgrade let's you carry more nades or bats
as an actual rampart main, and playing in high tier lobbies where people are really ape-y, i can confidently say the reload speed is super useful, most of the time im placing a wall to fall back behind or for my teammates to fall back to, when im getting aped, i find getting a one clip and then taking a 2v3 with the insanely fast reload speed super useful. the spin up time is also insanely good, im so torn between the two, i learned to use walls aggro but i never really thought to use sheila as anything other than to punish bad positions or people that got really horny so it’s been hard to adapt to that perk but it’s still really good. i’m mostly picking reload speed for quick knocks and easy follow ups though
@@romahnii I think that mostly comes down to game mode though. I'm a master's player and have been in those types of lobbies and typically they are slower and could actually use that ability but for other modes like pubs it's practically useless... I also say semi-main because I essentially equally use her, mirage, and rev. However at the same rate most of the time in ranked I don't use rampart on account of the fact that I solo queue and can't rely on my team so having an ability like rev's is essential for getting out and saving hours worth of RP when I still get matched with rookie infinity's going up against people like hiswattson and match1n
I believe that Ballistics best first perk is the care package one if you don’t have a skirmisher or aren’t communicating with your team. Your teammate could be a skirmisher but not do their job plus scanning care packages give you 50 evo points. I also believe that as I said in previous video Ballistic should give old hop ups to guns that used to have them. It would tie into his “the old ways” aesthetic

Hey @TimProVision I think you got Conduits perks mixed up. The ult radius is her first set of perks and her tact range is second. You might have already addressed this anyway

Justice for Ash mains; 25 seconds for her tac perk was such a big W but then they shadow nerfed her. All respawn does is fuck up her kit even more than it already is.
25 seconds is a long time though. Hell 15 seconds is still really good. Her passive though just seems so meh. It needs more or a rework
@@Black2overlord true but I feel like it was something to give us mains a better edge in battle (while again 15 is good imagine how territorial you could be). While she most DEFINITELY either needs an extreme buff or rework and I've heard rumors considering we are talking about Horzion's storyline more. Then I also heard stuff about her ult getting added an extra 30 seconds.
Really 15 seconds for her snare is not what I was expecting they'd do to her upgrades (it could had been another seer or cat situation)
As a newcastle main his perks made me extremly happy as someone who in most games like battlefield and such was always a medic for the team it made me very happy that he along other support legends are getting great attention sadly still don't see alot of new castle mains out there since most of the game with buds we run into horizon,wraith,pathfinders and such but hey hopefully more people will start to realize the strength of having 1 support legend on the team
You had conduit perks wrong, 10% extra ult area is first and 10% extra tactical range is second
Big drill on Maggie is crazy late game though, when people camp houses and you hit all of them with 1 drill.
Yep big drill is def better 18k maggie main

As a Wattson main who has remained loyal to this fiction video game character, I am finally happy that my main is meta again. Cat was fun and all but the skill ceiling with Wattson is so much higher and I'm glad that one of the most difficult legends to use is also one of the best. It's very rewarding for those who put the time in and understand said character. With that being said we also have Maggie and Fuse being widely used as well so even simple legends coexist in this meta.

I think that now that Valk is at the bottom of the pick rate they should make it so you spin while in her ult again. That could differentiate her from the evac-tower

Im glad you mentioned that you have been harsh on rampart because of the fuse/maggie meta. You did not mention this at all in your tier list video so seeing her drop from A to C tier for no reason when she got buffed made no sense to me. Overall good video and I agree with the rampart perk choices
As a fuse main since his release I see this as a huuuge W, he is so much better/more fun now
As a New Castle main I would recommend the Strong Hold perk if you have a gold knock. Also, keep in mind that the health regen perk isint instant, it takes a few seconds to reach 75 HP.
Take the care package perk on ballistic. Take the ring console on vantage. Throw in your favorite support. You now have access to every class perk and ways to obtain evo. Enjoy your armor advantage over every team ever.
The thing I noticed with both Bangalores smoke heal and Caustics gas heal is that your smokes/gas can also heal enemy Bangalore/Caustics who have that perk as well. And the same goes for you healing of the enemies. It’s so situational a thing but something interesting nonetheless

Ngl as a ballistic main I'd say that 1 long lasting bullet is worse than having 2 shorter lasting bullets, I also play on the more passive side and have found that having the 2 bullets allows me to get people in front of me with first bullet whilst I'm holding an area but I can also focus on making any flanking routes less accessible by sending the second bullet behind me.
Also a potential buff for ballistic could be that he slows the enemy if the smart bullet hits at the cost of damage
Rip to your perks. Idk why they didn’t just do one tier has ult performance one tier has tactical and passive performance. Reason why Maggie’s selections are so good. First two synergy with Ult and passive, Last 2 goes with the tactical.
The issue with Ash's lvl 2 perks are both very situational and doesn't improve abilities that much. I have an idea where knocked enemies, regardless of who knocked them, can be "interrogated" (by holding the use button) to reveal their allies' location for x seconds. Basically, a Caveira.
Now the choice could be a 60s scan on deathbox OR the ability to interrogate knocked enemies. IDK, I just feel they missed out.
(Currently)Caustic main here, you NEVER need to heal in the gas, same as the bangalore smoke someone else mentioned. For bloodhound, the full body scan duration is helpful for your team mates to see who u scanned as well, but the ultimate is fun too
As a loba player. End games with 3 items from market just grabbing extra nades is great for the team.
If they decide to change the Ballistic upgrades, I’d suggest for level 2: Sling weapon now use blue attachments and purple for level 3.
20% revive speed increase on lifeline very much a better option in my opinion because reviving an ally who's on a Lifeline even though it's 1 second faster is very much a game changer
as for the self revive, it's very situational, people now will thirst lifeline whatsoever so at times that self revive won't do anything
Its also pretty situational that 1S will really matter though. Its mostly a wash in selecting the upgrade
Ash should really get a ult range increase perk
Getting a little bit of shield/health back when using her portal or a short speed boost afterwards.

I think the blue perks should be her current level 3 perks and also they should do sum to the ult make sure that enemies can't take it or give her 2 charges but reduce the distance or just increase the range
Ash should have, by default, two snares that can catch anyone, similarly to what Fuse has. I would have love the options for her seconds perks to be either a longer ult or two shorter ones.
As a Bang main, the ultimate reduction and enemy ping are the only two options worth picking. The Regen in smoke is very mediocre compared to that. For an aggressive playstyle, it's best to know where the action is coming from imo.
See when it comes to pathfinders level 2 upgrade, I’ll pick what my team doesn’t have.. for example if I have a recon on my team but not a controller , then I’ll choose to scan a ring console instead. So that way we all get more points towards or shields and it will be quicker to get to purple and red
Ima Crypto main, and as far as Pathfinders perks go, I’d go with survey because most of the time in ranked u can just look where all the squads are pooling to and kind of get rind info too.

Honestly gibbys smaller bubble is easier to make plays with than a big bubble when you think about it with 1v1s and stuff although obviously maggie tag and ult counters it easily.
The mirage decoy charge is great it’s honestly should be in base kit
Crypto main here. The 25% EMP/passive size increase is a trap imo bc the EMP size is already huge. Rarely am I not able to hit everyone I need to.
Instead, the squad calllout on deploy is surprisingly good. Playing Crypto well is an action-efficiency game and being able to throw your drone out and get the # of squads around is incredibly helpful.
If the 25% EMP increase instead did extra slow and/or shield damage I would take that, but it's just already big enough.
If you’re running crypto DO NOT choose the ult cooldown over the tac cooldown! Anyone who’s played enough with him knows his entire kit revolves around that drone so getting it back if destroyed as soon as possible is definitely the better pick. If it is destroyed your 30 sec ult cooldown means nothing because now you’re waiting 40 secs; not to mention if you’re playing him right you should always keep an ult excel so EMP is ready most fights anyway!
Kind of depends. Personally I'd rather take the upgrade that is always benefiting me, than the upgrade that only works if my drone gets destroyed
I think I'd use Ballistic if it weren't for the ultimate making it better to use short range as the extra weapon, it's kinda awkward switching between short range weapons with a new button assignment, would prefer to have a sniper in that extra weapon slot.
As a conduit main i can say that he is correct if he had the order correct bs lvl 2 perk is either see batts or bigger jams and lvl 3 are both the tac ones so id say the the batts and two tacs are the best
A fuse upgrade instead of big bang could be like where if he hit someone with his cluster, they are marked for him and teammates.counts for nearby enemies..idk maybe
For Vantage: her sharpshooter perk might be bugged because ANY hit, with any weapon, refreshes her tactical charge. Not sure if this is intended, since it says otherwise on the tooltip. But its insanely broken
This is probably a hot take but im finding the ability to see battery's and nades in boxes far more useful then the other options you can pick from. the fact that they choose the three most necessary items for the endgame (ammo, nades, and battery's) is very practical.
to compare for conduit its seeing battery's or making her ult bigger, the ults already large enough 10% increase maybe might effect a handful of games in a season but being able to spot battery's to quickly loot them up without going into every box to find them makes thing much faster.
on fuse finding nades is much more useful then taking less damage from his ult, how often are you pushing players that are inside his ult.
ballistic seeing ammo is more useful then the carepackage insight.
these loot visibility perks seem more practical then the other options.
For Revenant, I honestly think murder machine is a better choice, because once you get to lvl 3 and can have your tac reset on knock, it kind of negates the shorter cooldown. 5 seconds can seem like a lot of time in apex, but even if you’re in a pinch, his tac still has to charge so I don’t think a small reduction is more valuable than instant intel, but that’s just my opinion
One thing I don't think people realize with Ballistic and Pathfinder is the additional EVO you can get for free. It's not a huge amount, but every little bit helps in the early game, especially if you're playing more passive.
It does help a little. Although I think this should read Ballistic & any skirmisher legend
I use vantage ultimate accelerants and sharpshooter, even before the update I always carry accelerants but her bat bounce doesn't have much length than the original so it's useless,
i’m surprised nobody is talking about wraiths sixth sense buff, i’m taking that over tac 5 second cooldown any time. Especially in ranked. Range on it is insane
I felt like it was very underwhelming on the range of it. Maybe my game was glitched or something. Didn't trigger till like 75 meters

Wish crypto would be able to his ultimate like Everyone else and not always having his drone active. Get him a emp nade make the ultimate smaller.

Slight mistype on the Crypto slide, it mentions the ultimate cooldown is reduced by 5s and not 30s. Otherwise super useful video though 🙂

regarding bangaslores perk wher eher ult cooldown is reduced by 60 seconds its only for that one time, what i mean is that its not a permenant 60 second reduction for the rest of the match. so if you use that perk when you already have her ult ready its just a waste. am i right??im not sure but from what ive seen that appears to be the case

Ammo is never a Problem for Ballistic. That Perk is just Useless and feels more like they went "What about the weapon Guy?idk just give him some more ammo".Seeing carepackage weapons as an Weapon-Specimen seems pretty obvious to me!

Not really a longer scan though. You already have the diamond for what the full body scan duration would turn into.

There's two aspects of a Bloodohund scan"
A 1 Second full body scan and a 3S diamond scan that gets applied at the same time.
Since you already have a diamond tracking the enemy for 3S, double the full body scan from 1S to 2S isn't really adding any total scan length since you can already identify where enemies are via the diamond that is on them.
