Rates should NEVER go back to 2-3% again. It destroyed affordability. Rates need to stay higher for years to come, it’s likely going to take years for housing to come back to pre -covid levels.
Always the promise of get in now or you'll lose out. It doesn't matter what you can see with your own two eyes just believe and buy. I guess housing crashes aren't things that happen anymore because you know, reasons.

Always loosing to cash buyers since they go in with the only contingency being house inspection. Forget appraisal they got cash 💰
