I mean I literally can't wait, and will do so tomorrow morning even though I don't have any cream. But I do have whole milk buttermilk, so I'll try that instead. Try white pepper for your scrambled eggs. It doesn't turn the food a dark or gray color.

Fair enough. Sometimes I use milk if I'm out of cream, I prefer cream though.
Cream dilutes the egg taste.

You have wasted a lot of eggs that got stuck at the bottom of the pan. Not a good method
No, I don't waste any eggs, there's nothing stuck at the bottom. And if you use a non-stick pan, there's no clean up at all, just saying :)
