Princess Diana in Argentina - Extended and Unseen Footage of Historic Visit (1995)

- On 23 November 1995, Diana, Princess of Wales arrived in Argentina to begin a historic, four-day visit to the South American country. While not an official state visit, the trip was undertaken by Diana in her newly-defined role as goodwill ambassador for Britain. The visit, which was the Princess of Wales' first international engagement since her controversial Panorama interview, was seen as an important step in the warming of relations between the UK and Argentina, the countries having fought one another in the Falklands War of 1982 and resumed diplomatic relations in 1990.
The footage featured in this edit covers the full four days of Princess Diana's visit, including her famous meeting with Argentine president Carlos Menem, her visits to a number of charities and hospitals in Buenos Aires, whale-watching in Argentine Patagonia, and attending a charity gala banquet.

Rhetorical question. This woman was badly treated and humiliated. Before the eye of the world. She was young and unable to properly defend herself. She looked so beautiful and glamorous in her last few years. Her very own style emerged, in every sense. Like Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy she needed protection and security and sought it in the wrong company.

Diana looked absolutely gorgeous and beautiful on the gala banquet in Buenos Aires.
This is one of my favorite historical visits she made, alongside when she visited Angola on 1997, months before her last moments on this world.
Until today. We still truly miss the Queen of People's Hearts. ❤🌹

Her death did not need to happen . If Charles & his now wife had stayed apart . Someone in the coments said that Diana cheated first this is not true Charles never stopped seeing his now wife . Or the paparazzi leaving her alone so she wouldn't have to constantly be fleeing from them. Another factor among several that sadly happened that tragic night. They invaded her privacy far too much,much more than anyone else at that time and era. That's why her boys and their families have limited their time with the press because of what happened to their mother,they said they saw it time after relentless time.
And sadly it literally became a
life lesson for them.

get them back to the strong brotherly relationship they used to have.

I know she's watching over them and their families. It breaks my heart that she missed so many milestones that William and Harry have reached in life. And it's so sad that her beautiful and handsome grandchildren will never get those huge hugs and kisses from her like she always had for her boys. 😢 💔

She is resting in peace. There is nothing bad to remember some of her most historical or significant moments of her life.
In fact, I think she would be happy that we still remember her. Because Diana once said in her own words, that she wanted to be seen and remembered as a humanitarian figure rather than a political figure.

She was very elegant but those late 80s and mid 90s hair styles were so unflattering. The only great hair cut she had that really suited her (aside from her bowl shaped one that she had when she got married) was the one she wore in her last photoshoot. That’s the one that she should have really gone with for life; it was a real shame that it ended there. Her hair stylists from before that were just terrible, people had better hair styles than that back then.

~ Many of the hospitals and rehabilitation facilities Diana visited were places that were and still are charities that she raised money for,that is why she went there to visit them. In her lifetime Diana was a member and a patron for 100+ charities. Of which they are now all supported by William and Harry.
She wasn't there for press interviews she was there for the people at the places.
The press could care less about why she was there,they only cared about getting pictures of her to sell.
