It depends. If psv is used for a leak test. It should be calibrated in every 3 days. And if it is installed in normal operation, then the frequency depends on Client. Some places its 6 months and some places its every 3 months.
I had tested my parker RH4A pressure relief valve. It was set at 8.4bar, and my supply is 10bar. It was pop at 8.6 bar, but the pressure shown on the gauge that i installed after the PRV still goes up to 9.3bar... Its not stable at 90% of the set pressure. Is it normal?

try removing the foreign particles inside and try replacing the trip spring
