the reel difference between these 2 games is the way chovy managed to drag the wave towards his tower at lvl 1. + he seems to understand perfectly how he is supposed to play it into Jayce, unlike the first Orianna.
That first Orianna still played the match up very well into Chovy's Jayce, that kind of pressure would exploit any other player not on Chovy's caliber.
The third kill on Alistair in the team fight didn't get added to Chovy's kda score, maybe because aery last hit Alistair. Not sure if bug in-game or bug with replay.

I believe Chovy only stayed cause he saw Sylas and Naut both get chased / killed by his team. He had vision on everyone but Ori, so it was very safe to do
