@@georgehennen The high pitch sound in the video was my capture device. I can’t record in HD directly from my cable box because the cable box’s HDMI output is protected by HDCP copyright protection. They don’t want people recording off tv. So I bought a HD to AV converter since RCA outputs are not protected with HDCP. The sound was probably because the signal is going trough a bunch of converters boxes. I have a HDCP stripper coming in the mail soon that should allow me to record high quality from my cable box.
@@georgehennen I wish I could screen record from my phone but unfortunately they have copyright restrictions on phones too when recording from your phone the video comes out as a black screen with audio only. They make it so difficult to do something that should be simple but the copyright restrictions are understandable since some people record to sell them as bootlegs.

@@georgehennen iPhone I use the screen recording feature built with the phone and never tried any screen recording apps.
