the wonhee clip sure does look like she's being rude, but for her it doesn't. a lot of times I'm beside someone and then pass by them and accidentally push them, and while I do try to always apologize, sometimes I do it without even noticing. most people don't say "hey, you just pushed me" either so most of the times you won't even know, but I'm sure most people have done it at least once in their life and a lot of them must not even notice it
