DL Robbie Johnson Jr. becomes the 10th official visitor from this past weekend to commit to Rutgers football as the 2025 class surges up the national rankings. We still need to fill the 13th spot with a Center. We don't need a scorer - need a rebounder - rim defender. We need those 5 fouls to give when we play against a 7 footer that has trouble shooting foul shots. We need a Center who can rebound and then trigger the fast break with some passing ability. I agree with you - we don't need to be passing the ball down low. I like the idea of spreading the floor and having our guards and wings take the ball to the hoop and either make the shot or pass out for the 3. That seems the way the modern game is now played.
