Let me explain shortly; to prepare active material on copper current collector: 20 grams of ultra fine graphite powder, 3 grams of sodium silicate and 30 milliliters of deionized water. Mix them very well with the help of a blender. For the active material on the aluminum current collector; instead of graphite use lithium manganese oxide and follow the same process. When it comes to liquid, it’s 1 molar lithium hexafluorphospate salt in mixture of ethylene carbonate, dimethyl carbonate and propylene carbonate with same ratio.
Very nice project. Please tell me how to increase the capacity? More strips? Or increased length and width of strips? Is there any formula to design required capacity battery?
It's very hard to get limn2O4 here even online shop didn't have that is there anything else I can use to replace limn2O4 thank you sir for share your knowledge 🙏🙏🙏🙏

You can use some other lithium metal oxides but they are also very hard to find as well😔 try get on online websites.

In lithium ion batteries aluminum is the standard current collector. It’s not recommended to replace with another metals.
