Let me explain shortly; to prepare active material on copper current collector: 20 grams of ultra fine graphite powder, 3 grams of sodium silicate and 30 milliliters of deionized water. Mix them very well with the help of a blender. For the active material on the aluminum current collector; instead of graphite use lithium manganese oxide and follow the same process. When it comes to liquid, it’s 1 molar lithium hexafluorphospate salt in mixture of ethylene carbonate, dimethyl carbonate and propylene carbonate with same ratio.

There is no correlation between size of the plates and voltage. The voltage is constant. If you increase the plates’ size you meant to increase the capacity and so the current.
The materials alone construction all the rest of it is a hell of a lot cheaper just to buy a decent lithium ion battery who the hell would actually make their own they are dangerous who who my mind has boggled I do not know why people actually post videos let's make my own lithium iron battery are they for I don't even see the reason for tests unless it's some chemistry inside what the hell is the point

In lithium ion batteries aluminum is the standard current collector. It’s not recommended to replace with another metals.

You can use some other lithium metal oxides but they are also very hard to find as well😔 try get on online websites.
