@minmo2288 except the officer says he will be treated as the victim...so they did their job. I would say he isn't the victim and orchestrated the confrontation but either way, the officers did their job. What exactly do you want from them?
Works foreman stated in his phone call that the cameraman was on the shop floor and that he assaulted his staff on the shop floor! He never once stated the real facts that it was them that left their works premises to come out onto the public footpath to intimidate and assault a law abiding member of the public that was lawfully taking pictures whilst on a public footpath and not blocking their works gate entrance. Then they claim to the police that the cameraman can not walk across the gate entrance where the kerb drops as its apparently their property... which is not only not true, but even if it was, it is part of the public footpath and an easement that anyone can walk across, just not block....but the cameraman was always stood on the actual foot path beside the entrance, never in front of it. Ash clearly stated this to the two police officers and then showed them absolute proof of this pertinent fact, but the officers just ignored this. In fact, he was physically forced and bullied/intimidated out into the road, off of the footpath by the three aggressive workmen that came out onto the footpath and who just kept advancing right up to him and pushing him back into the roadway! The police only advised Ash to leave the area, (the place where he was working) but did not advise the workment to leave the area, so how is that not biased? I understand that some will say the men were at their place of work, but Ash was at his place of work given that he is a free lance journalist quietly and peacefully standing on a public footpath, bothering no one. The officer even confirmed this fact when she expressed concern that the cameraman might later cause them a problem if he stayed there, when the workers came back out for their smoke break! However, the video clearly showed the officers, just as we saw, that it was only the work men that apraoched the cameraman Ash. Ash did not apraoch the work men, so that is yet another example of the police officers bias against Ash and their favouritism towards the workmen, despite the fact thst it was only the workmen that made a false police report and committed the offence of causing fear distress and alarm against Ash as well as assault and unwanted touching, when they deliberately backed into him. The black hoodie worker didn't just stand near Ash to block his camera. He deliberately and intentionally backed into Ash, knowing full well that Ash was standing there. How is it that you and I can see all this on the video, but the two so-called highly trained police officers missed all this criminal activity despite them also watching the same video???? That is clearly the prima facia evidence of the police bias is ot not? In fact, only one of the police officers was even remotely interested in reviewing the video despite Ash offering it multiple times throughout the police attendance, but even then did not seem thst keen to watch it, despite it being an accurate and reliable source of what really happened that doesn't lie or embellish anybodies version of events. This is clearly extremely unprofessional of the officers and again reveals their bias towards the workmen, and against Ash whilst passive-aggressively stating on camera that they have not been anything other than professional throughout. How is the police not recognising three workmen come outside and criminally cause fear, alarm and distress to a journalist that was peacefully and quietly standing on the public footpath, just filming doing his job, as well as them then assaulting him and inflicting unwanted touching/assault and battery upon him, which was all totally verifiable and clearly shown by Ash's video of the encounter that they watched, being professional or doing your job properly as a police constable and an officer of the law?? Simply stating that you have been nothing but professional obviously doesn't make it true just because you said so! The police are rarely independent and unbiased when dealing with disputes. They typically either make a snap judgement and favour one side over the other, or they arrive already with a bias.
Firstly, well done for typing that lot out; and secondly, well done again, for correctly interpreting the video, shame the Police officers in attendance didn't do the same.
I've had it myself where although my behaviour was recognized as 'lawful', if others reaction to it becomes 'unlawful' then you become the 'villain'. Also, sometimes it's been pointed out that although my actions were lawful someone was distressed by it and i explain that i didn't know that would be the result, and that is excused. Then the police would point out that if i did it again i would now know that that would be the effect thus making me a baddie.

That gum chomping bint…..🤦♂️☕️
The fact the blonde said they can call back if they need any further assistance (meaning the assaulters) is sickening
Cry about it
Wouldnt hire them to clean the toilets
I've had it myself where although my behaviour was recognized as 'lawful', if others reaction to it becomes 'unlawful' then you become the 'villain'. Also, sometimes it's been pointed out that although my actions were lawful someone was distressed by it and i explain that i didn't know that would be the result, and that is excused. Then the police would point out that if i did it again i would now know that that would be the effect thus making me a baddie.
Neither of those police women were either competant or interested
Is she chewing the cud
Well, she is a cow
"Its their property..."
"Well it's not.."
"Well I'm going by what they say.."
So the people who have committed a violent assault which she herself has witnessed are somehow more believable and trustworthy than the law abiding innocent victim...
This pair need sacking.
Yet you would call them if you needed them
They were just carrying on the" lazy police theme" do the barest minimum investigation , blame the victim, then slope off for a well deserved McDonald's (. In their minds) .
@@Exposingthen0nces Not relevant. The people calling these two didn't actually need them - because the cameraman was not committing any offence. If I was reporting a REAL offence, I certainly wouldn't want these two muppets in attendance, they'd only made a complete mess of the investigation and accuse me of being the perpetrator!
Those two were an absolute disgrace.
Can the Coppers only employ the dumbest of the dumbest??? These Officers are a disgrace!
Fragile little ego's on these boys.
Some people don't fk about mate, simple really. These silent audits are disgusting on every day working businesses. I guess ash just needs some money, and goading civil claims.
I'm an avid audits viewer since they began and I have subbed to probably 95% of them and the rest is ones I'm not aware of yet. This is poor to do these silent audits on the working man.
Audit properly and explain the bare minimum all you want, but silence on these businesses is wrong, so wrong.
They are fools for not remaining calm but you are going to push the wrong person buttons like this.
@@AKAten4 yeah, the quality of audits these days has diminished. Regrettably so has the level of standards in policing.

@Seikanogavsan tbh I've never liked Ash. You know if you remotely take to someone's content or not within the first video. I've not watched much of his because I wasn't interested.
He doesn't get many views and is just looking for claim money by doing this. It's obvious to me.
If you haven't watched Pure Audits yet, get on that, and you will have a chuckle, 😂

Disgusting Officers and disgusting attitude
OMG , totally useless , one is chewing away like a cow and the other has no interest in helping the person assaulted , what did this firm have to hide that they reacted like that ? The tug in the high vise should have been arrested for lying then the assault.
These so-called cops are a bloody disgrace. Clearly unfit for purpose. Gum chewing, what a joke!
What a waste of space those two idiots were! Our police are just so awful it defies description.

Police to a girl who was sexualy abused (groped) while walking... "where were you? and what were you doing?"
Victim "I was walking along a public path, moving my hips as I walked"
Police " Aha!!!!! well there you go then!"
Evans and her cohort both chewing gum which is against thier code of conduct . instantly you can tell these two individuals are not fit for purpose by thier gobby and utterly unprofessional approach . If the assault had happened to one of them it would be an entirely different attitude . Appears they are siding with criminals due to the presence of a camera .
Cops have been fired for less. Which one was the probationer?
