In my opinion this is one of the most abstract yet creative boss fights in the whole game. Now the "Magician Floor" is unique itself but not as detail focused as this.

When I first played this I thought that the boss was going to be similar to wolfgeist and be like any disco level where the DJ boss puts up dangerous tiles and you have to step on the right one before well the attacking begins
Guys. No need to overreact about dabbing. Its a dance move in a dance segment of a dancing floor. No big deal. Kids do all sorts of dances but dancing is all about just being fun and flowing to the music. Gotta just let loose and enjoy it without being negative. I just feel people who hate dabbing are just following on a train of hate. No real reason to have that much dislike over it. The trend has died down from what it was and it is as how many dances were through the years. Dabbing wasn't the only thing like that. People did the mashed potato and so on just the same way. Over time its been less annoying and just something for a bit of fun. Lighten up all. Too many comments cringing or hating on the dab stuff. Not that I do it myself. Heck, I don't even dance at all!
Does anyone ever remind of the club seen from episode 2 of samurai jack. Knowing that this some dance house with loud music and that jack is in fear and confusion just as Luigi is here. There’s there’s even some female character with hair covering up the top half her face and then reveals her eyes here not that she has a third eye just as Narc did it’s just that this character just revealed a winked right here.
Look I enjoy the fight but was it really necessary having this boss be the only thing on the floor, like it was decent but it wasn’t good enough to have its own floor like the last one with the shark
