They did not rehearse for this specific performance. This was completely impromptu. Their last performance of this song was around 10 years ago! They were all guests in a benefit show for a common friend. Jaya, ecouraged them to sing together. This was a complete surprise to everyone because they had to sing together despite the fact that they weren’t in good terms.

@@hermiebarrera1805 They haven’t been okay. They are just civil with each other now as how professionals should be. Even if you listen to Jaya’s statements after their performance, you will know. Remember when Regine even shared Jona & Aicelle’s duet of I Believe I Can Fly? She was very happy that the two sang together because it was a big deal knowing how bad their friendship ended.

Anyway, they have so many common friends. Maliit lang naman mundong ginagalawan nila. I’m sure in God’s perfect time, they will be good friends again.

Angels Brought me here is a song by Guy Sebastian, an Australian singer. The song was released on 2003. The La Diva's rendition became popular when they cover it and used as a theme song for a TV Show
Oh my gosh I love them! I always watch that sunday variety show which used to be the rival of ASAP show. It was SOP then became Party Pilipinas. In those two shows they have Regine Jaya Ogie Janno Kyla Jay-R LaDiva RachelleAnne gosh. I remember I used to flip through channels just to watch ASAP and SOP/Party Pilipinas coz they air at the same time! ASAP at the time had Gary Martin ZsaZsa Sarah Erik. Haha those were the days. La Diva is so goooooodddd

Aicelle also performs in Musicals.. Ive seen her once and she is amazing.
You guys already heard Aicelle Santos before. If you remember, you reacted to Regine and Morissette's duet wherein they are with these other girls on stage ( combined, they look like wearing rainbow colored gowns). And you guys were shookt on the voice of the girl in red gown. Well, the girl in red is Aicelle 😂😁❤ you should watch her part. Regine's R30 concert. She sang Say that you love me. Awesome piece.
I think they ony reacted to Morisette & Regine’s part on that performance. The other duets were not included. Aicelle for me though had the best vocals during that night! ❤️
@@ryerye3406 yeah,they did. But they also watched the part wherein all of them sang together - " In Your Eyes" - that's how they heard Aicelle's voice. For me, Aicelle's part is the best.
These 'divas' harmonized beautifully and sounded amazingly.

La Diva was successful during their heydays because last time i checked, their album sold well and achieved some milestones. But in a trio that can stand individually as performers, you really cannot avoid the time that they would each pursue their solo careers. They were special when it mattered because they were one of the first rare homegrown (homegrown=product of a GMA Network singing competition, signed with gma records, and are regularly shown in musical variety shows) GMA singers who did well in album sales.
The original is actually a solo. They just changed that so it'd fit for the three of them.

This is the best track of La Diva, for me. I was a fan and this song, that was used as a soundtrack for a K-Drama shown at GMA that time, even made me watch that K-Drama. Not because of the trailer of that K-Drama but because of this epic cover.
BTW, this is not an original of the trio but they surely owned it... I miss them singing together.

this particular song rendition of La Divas was made for the Philippine adaptation of a hit korean telenovela Queen Seon Duk in around 2009-2010...the telenovela was a hit back then and so was the song by La Divas...

@WALESKA HERERRA this song is Angel's Brought Me Here by LA DIVA Trio is used as official Soundtrack of Tagalized Korean Drama series Queen Seon Deok (actually its only a cover but it became popular because of this Trio) its available on spotify and itunes. They do a concert international I think in Los Angeles

This is a Guy Sebastian original. So the song was first introduced with a solo artist, it just the arrangement from La Diva version was made specially for them, trio.
If you finished the video, you'll see them calling for Jaya, and she talks about that getting the 3 together again is quite impossible because of their busy schedules, schedules' time differences and from different networks.

You missed jaya talking with them at the end. Its not their original song. But its one of their most famous cover. This girls have the perfect blend. I suddenly miss SOP days. SOP was a Sunday show that runs at the same time as ASAP. On sundays there are 2 Music Shows that runs from 12 to 230pm if im not mistaken. Singing and Dancing shows with some of the best singers in the Philippines as main hosts and artists of the show
