fresh air induction fan at Mersey tunnel

winding up to about half speed one of the intake duct fans that feeds fresh air into the tunnel.
these fans used to run 24 hours a day 7 days a week however as emissions from cars have reduced, now just the exhaust fans are needed to maintain acceptable air quality in the tunnel.
