Okay, what if she's trying to express her feelings, of the thought of suicide? She's telling all these people, but they are all saying that "they don't care," or "I'll be the criminal" indicating that their lack of concern over the girls actions, caused her to go over the edge, and thus those who she came to with their problems are the ones that keep saying I don't wanna care. And the only line she's actually saying is Bye bye and the last verses.
At least that's what I think.
