Hi Stevie, Thats a fantastic collection! Would you be interested in building another Jewel Violet Monte with my dads plate on it? It would look amazing on his parcel shelf @ some RSOC shows next year fingers crossed! CheeRS Matty
Epic! I have the L&L Models MK1 Escort, MK2 Escort and RS500 and Tamiya Zakspeed Capri in the pipeline. Since discovering L&L I’ve made a dramatic switch from vintage Tamiya to Ford based rally cars. Probably end up with the Escort Cosworth, Focus and Mondeo. Lee has suggested they plan to develop the Ford Puma rally car and Sierra Sapphire Cosworth along MK1 Cortina too! The shells and decals a pretty good but don’t expect the superior Tamiya quality though.
Very impressive work in such a short amount of time. Wow! If that kind of pace of building kits is maintained, he will have to buy a warehouse for a showroom ;-)
Thanks for the excellent content, always an absolute pleasure to watch my friend :) I know we should be looking at the cars but I just bought that racking for my workshop :) no seriously a fabulous collection and a credit to him.
Love the video as always 👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️ I’m after a Repsol Cosworth in the UK. Had one 25 years ago as a kid and would live to source another. Doesn’t need to be mint. Any help?
@@TAMIYALegends This week i burn my silver standart batterie connectors. The silver pole on the black batterie wire is now black, too. 🤣 Racing ESC sucks more than a TEU302BK. On the goldconnector from the ESC is nothing. It was very hot. I change to XT60 connectors for the batterie and standart gold to the motor. And that was a standart 01R! I will test a 02H soon. That´s the end for the batterie 😁

A nice collection for sure, surprised he didn't have any ford rs200 rally car in there, think some of the bodies must have come from l&l models. Also a Lancia stratos, peugeot 306 maxi would be a good addition too the collection there, a 306 rally car was rebuilt not too long ago by Loeb racing & given some nice updates too like a new scratch built modern chassis. The ferrari 308 gtb if there are any 1:10th scale bodies about for it could be another interesting rally car too make.
Just subscribed to your page. My only adverse comment is what were Tamiya thinking with the Hornet bumper? I was only into rc for less than two years, before rediscovering it in February 2020. Doing some research, it would appear that bumper appeared on several Tamiya models.
Thanks for all the comments guys 👍 Appreciate they are not to everyones taste, thats why its good to be different. Glenn, so are most of the Tamiya Escort Cosworth Rally Shells made by L&L ? Also, does this guy sell the Decals for the Essy Cosworth Shells ? Reason I ask is the Michelin Pilot and Motorsport Tiger Stripe Essy Cossy Shells are my all time fave Tamiya Rally Car Shells, and I prefer them on the TA01 Chassis. Great collection. Only problem is he’s spent so much on cars, he cannot afford to turn the lights on! Needs to add some proper rally cars like the Stratos, RS200, 6R4 etc .....😬

Hm, way too many similar looking cars for my taste. But to each their own, I guess. So I wish this guy long lasting fun with his collection. Edit: Does somebody know the quality of the lexan of these L&L model bodies? Are they somewhat durable or just good for shelfqueens? We have in Germany a producer who specializes in vintage opel/Vauxhall bodies but the quality seems very inconsistent. Very nice for shelfqueens but often just not durable enough for driving. racersparadise.de if somebody is interested.
