If these projects are ongoing provide video footage of the launching ceremony. My search on the web found no evidence of any reference to anything shown in this video. Why?
Because you don't know how to look The Metro Express is already working over a 30km line and is being expanded, all the smart cities mentioned have already been spoken of in newspapers like L'Express and Le Mauricien The only projet I didn't know about was the Grand Bay Waterfront. We already have the Port-Louis and Mahebourg waterfronts so there's no reason not to see one at Grand Bay
By now mauritius should be a Singapore in Africa but due to endemic corruption the best the mauritius government can do is convince their population they built a rail system and a few other projects. Its a sad joke, shocking really! @@varoonnone7159
