Un'interpretazione lirica e insieme attentissima alla struttura del brano, degna di stare accanto alle più grandi di questo capolavoro. Alcune pause dimostrano che ha capito tutto. Cosa quasi incredibile per una ventitrenne se si pensa che della 960 ci sono esecuzioni di riferimento di Richter, Pollini, Brendel, Serkin, Zimerman, Kempff, Sofronitsky, Judina, Lupu, Schiff, Ashkenazy… Peccato la mancanza del ritornello del primo tempo che taglia il fondamentale trillo basso in ff. Ma forse era una (demenziale) prescrizione del concorso.
I don't agree, she understands perfectly the structure of Schubert's phrasing. I don't believe Kempff does, which doesn't mean I think him as a "not mature enough" musician. Indeed it is very much the opposite!
