Another way to change the size and hardness of the brush: Press and hold "ALT + Right click" then move the mouse left-right to resize and up-down to change hardness.

Hey hey!!
I loved those- especially tip nr. 1 ! However, even tho I have the newest version of photoshop, it doesn't work. Whether I split my ONE screen, or try to go to the second screen- it just doesn't. Is there any specific option we need to enable for the eyedropper to work outside of Photoshop? ._.

If you are on a mac, it might be that Photoshop doesn't have Screen Recording permissions. Just check under System Settings->Privacy & Security->Screen Recording.

I think in blend if mode...you have to press alt or option key to blend black or white color not shift key.
